Our offer is open to fitness and training enthusiasts of all levels. Beginner of advanced, solo travelers, singles, couples, and smaller groups. All are welcome.

Return flight May 26, 2019 directly from Palma de Mallorca to Zurich

FOCUS ON SPORTS
During the week in Majorca you will experience variety of functional training (single and team WOD’s) and lessons to hone your skills in the box of Rob Martin. Beach workouts focused on functional training and yoga for perfect rest and recovery. You will have the opportunity to meet like-minded people, make new friends. Soak up the sun, enjoy the sea and experience other exciting activities. Our hotel is located directly on the beach in Peguera and offers the perfect sports holiday experience.

Functional Training

Functional Training offers the opportunity to develop balanced fitness disciplines. Endurance, strength, agility, speed, skill, balance, coordination and accuracy. A combination of running, rowing, skip rope, climbing, carrying unusual items, and carrying big loads over long distances – using powerlifting and weightlifting techniques for certain movements. In short – Expect the unexpected and be prepared for the unknown!

Beach Workout

Training on the beach and in the sea using your own body weight for resistance. From push ups, partner buddy carry, sit ups over swimming and much more.

Conditioning

High intensity conditioning helps increase your lung capacity which improves your performance and stamina in all workouts disciplines.

Functional Bodybuilding

This is about one-armed or one-legged compound movements, ie unilateral, functional movements as well as core exercises, that can be integrated into everyday life. 

Running

Additionally there are jogging opportunities during the week to aid active regeneration.

Yoga

The yoga classes are specially designed to optimally complement the sports program of the week. They are designed to help with recovery, but also to promote flexibility, balance and flexibility. Warming up and stretching tired muscles in the morning – relaxing and soothing stressed muscles after a long active day in the sun. Our yoga classes are also designed to help prevent injuries and over-fatigue.

Lectures
The week will feature an array of interesting lectures which will be held at the hotel. We will be covering topics such as sports, nutrition and supplements.

Nutrition
During the week, you are also optimally cared for in the field of nutrition. During private consultation, our specialist will jelp and advise you how to improve your performance and overall wellbeing through nutrition. They will assist you throughout the camp, always on hand to answers any questions concerning your personal nutrition.

Treatments / massage

During the week, osteopathic treatments and sports massages can be booked at reasonable prices. The treatments take place on site at the Hotel Lido Park**** vor Ort statt. We work together with the specialists –  OsteoPalma.

Wim Hof Breathing Workshop

Breathing seems to be the easiest thing to do, but many people breathe incorrectly and expose themselves to unnecessary stress. The right breathing technique on the other hand affects our body positively and gives us energy.
