During the week in Mallorca you will experience a variety of fight sports training, beach workouts by the sea, and workout-oriented yoga for optimal balance and regeneration.
You will have the opportunity to meet like-minded people and make new friends. Soak up the sun, enjoy the sea and experience many other exciting activities. Our hotel is located directly on the beach in Colonia de Sant Jordi and offers the perfect sports holiday experience.
Classis Boxing, Kick- and Thai Boxing
A mix of classis boxing, Kick- and Thaiboxing workouts also take place on the outdoor sports court. We work with gloves, punching bags and other various equipment to make the training as diverse as possible. If someone would like to do sparring, this is possible under supervision. However, all workouts are always carried out without sparring – we do not touch our partner and there is no risk of injury.

Fitness Boxing
The fitness boxing lessons are about learning the basic techniques of boxing playfully and then putting them into practice. The training is completed with coordination, conditioning and strength exercises. Also here we do work without sparring.

Who has ever practiced fight sports or has watched any amateur or professional fight knows that what looks so simple in reality is super tough. To get through several laps, you need a large lung volume and high conditional fitness. In our Conditioning classes, we work with fight sports specific exercises like sprints etc.

Beach Workout
Training on the beach and in the sea using your own body weight for resistance. From push ups, swimming and much more…

As a addition, during the week there will be opportunities to go for a jog to warm up before workouts and to aid active regeneration after workouts.

Mallorca has some wonderful hiking opportunities. You’ll be able admire the sensational landscapes and natural beauty of the island. During the camp we have a hiking trip with swimming and sunbathing planed.

The yoga classes are specially designed to optimally complement the sports program of the week. They are designed to help with recovery, but also to promote flexibility, balance and flexibility. Warming up and stretching tired muscles in the morning – relaxing and soothing stressed muscles after a long active day in the sun. Our yoga classes are also designed to help prevent injuries and over-fatigue.

During the week there are exciting lectures about sports, nutrition and supplements directly at the hotel.

During the week, you are also optimally cared for in the field of nutrition. Our nutrition specialists will advise you in a personal conversation and accompany you throughout the camp with questions in the field of nutrition.

Massage / osteopathy
During the week, osteopathic treatments and classic and sports massages can be booked at fair prices. The treatments take place directly at the Hotel Romantica*** on site. We work together with the specialists of OsteoPalma

Wim Hof Breathing Workshop
Breathing seems to be the easiest thing to do, but many people breathe incorrectly and expose themselves to unnecessary stress. The right breathing technique on the other hand affects our body positively and gives us energy.
