Our offer is open to fitness and training enthusiasts of all levels. Beginner or advanced, solo travelers, singles, couples, and smaller groups. Everyone’s welcome.

OUR OFFER

During the week in Mallorca you will experience a variety of boot camp workouts, beach workouts by the sea, and workout-oriented yoga for optimal balance and regeneration.
You will have the opportunity to meet like-minded people and make new friends. Soak up the sun, enjoy the sea and experience many other exciting activities. Our hotel is located directly on the beach in Peguera and offers the perfect sports holiday experience.
Bootcamp

Bootcamp
In the Bootcamp we work on a hard court using a variety equipment such as sandbags, speed ladders and various fitness bands etc.

Beach Workout
Training on the beach and in the sea using your own body weight for resistance. From push ups, swimming and much more…

Antara
Antara focuses on the deepest muscle layer in the center of your core. The central core is responsible for the stability and protection of the back, for the abdominal shape, for the power of the pelvic floor as well as respiratory functions. Building on your central core, Antara improves posture, strength and flexibility.

Footing
As a addition, during the week there will be opportunities to go for a jog to warm up before workouts and to aid active regeneration after workouts.

Fitness boxing
Lessons conducted are about learning the basic techniques of boxing and then putting them into practice. The training involves coordination, conditioning and strength exercises. In fitness boxing there is no sparring – so we do not touch our partner and there is no risk of injury – with us it’s about learning and having fun with it.

Hiking
Mallorca has some wonderful hiking opportunities. You’ll be able admire the sensational landscapes and natural beauty of the island. During the camp we have a hiking trip with swimming and sunbathing planed.

Yoga
The yoga classes are specially designed to optimally complement the sports program of the week. They are designed to help with recovery, but also to promote flexibility, balance and flexibility. Warming up and stretching tired muscles in the morning – relaxing and soothing stressed muscles after a long active day in the sun. Our yoga classes are also designed to help prevent injuries and over-fatigue.

Lectures
During the week there are exciting lectures about sports, nutrition and supplements directly at the hotel.

Nutrition
During the week, you are also optimally cared for in the field of nutrition. Our nutrition specialists will advise you in a personal conversation and accompany you throughout the camp with questions in the field of nutrition.

Massage / osteopathy
During the week, osteopathic treatments and classic and sports massages can be booked at fair prices. The treatments take place directly at the Hotel Lido Park **** on site. We work together with the specialists of OsteoPalma
